ISIL組織宣布建立「伊斯蘭」國家

6月29日的時候，ISIL組織在網路上發布一個只有聲音的檔案，在檔案中他們宣布建立伊斯蘭國家，組織領袖艾巴格達迪(Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi)是新伊斯蘭國家的領導人哈里發(caliph)，同時也是全世界穆斯林的領袖，稱號是「易卜拉辛哈里發」(Caliph Ibrahim)。
ISIL也將組織名字正式改為「伊斯蘭國」(The Islamic State)，國家的領土範圍從敘利亞的阿勒坡城(Aleppo)橫跨到伊拉克東邊的迪亞拉省(Diyala)。
聲音檔中，ISIL組織也發出聲明，要求世界上所有的穆斯林向新任哈里發表示歸順，並向西方「民主」還有其他「來自西方的垃圾」說不。

伊拉克局勢嚴峻 逼迫美國出手
美國總統歐巴馬日前宣布，將派遣美軍協助伊拉克政府軍。(Photo by on Flickr – used under Creative Commons license)【台灣醒報記者劉運綜合報導】「伊拉克與敘利亞伊斯蘭國」（ISIS）已經占據敘利亞東部到伊拉克中部的一大片土地，不但收刮美軍遺留下的大批武器裝備，還開始進行徵稅、開採油田，如同在治理一個「準國家」般。《時代》雜誌分析師指出，ISIS在中東的崛起猶如一個「快速蔓延的癌症」，迫使美國不得不再次介入伊拉克。美國外交官預測，伊拉克恐陷入一個「冗長痛苦的游擊戰爭。」
ISIS武裝份子25日攻擊伊拉克國內主要的機場，並攻陷了境內幾個小型油田。ISIS目前已占據敘利亞東部到伊拉克中部的一大片土地。分析師指出，自塔利班統治阿富汗以來，沒有一個激進的伊斯蘭組織掌握如此廣大的領土。

The man, who is said to be an American exchange student, got wedged in the statue at Tubingen University.
According to German newspaper Schwäbisches Tagblatt, five emergency service vehicles and 22 firemen had to help free the man.
